About

Learn more about the reality of trans people in the workplace. Understand how to implement the right protocol, procedures and policies to accompany your employees through their transition process. You can get a better idea of which terms apply to your employees by first understanding the concepts and definitions related to this topic. Conduct an analysis about your company’s own policies and procedures in terms of Diversity & Inclusion, in order to identify the potential gaps. Create a comprehensive staff training program with a dedicated team member to help your company make the transition process a little easier for your Trans employees. Trans people often experience a lot of pressure and fear when they begin their new careers, and it is essential to be there to support them within your company. This program will ensure everyone feels appreciated and welcome at work. - Length: 60 min (45 min talk + 15 min questions) - Format: online (worldwide) or in person (Belgium, France, Germany, Portugal, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom) - Languages: available in English, French and Spanish.
