Getting to know LGBT+ inclusion


You may have noticed that every year around June, many companies modify their logo on Linkedin with the LGBT+ flag. If you have done so already or are thinking of doing it, you may need our help to get one step further! This package is aimed at companies that wish to have a glance at LGTB+ inclusion with no strings attached. If you want to have a workshop during Pride month or around a specific date, this is the right format!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The goal is to provide your employees with a 60 to 90 minutes workshop on a specific topic that interests you. Whether you have been involved in LGBT+ inclusion for a long time or not, you can choose a subject to dive into from the list below. We will make sure to adapt the content to your audience based on their previous knowledge on this matter.

2. standard pack

taking your first steps 
(6months program)

When asked about D&I, many companies are willing to initiate a change but most of them struggle to get started. This may be due to a lack of information regarding your employees' concerns on this matter, difficulties to structure the project or to define the goals to make that change possible. If you feel that you need a step-by-step guide, we will be by your side to support you!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The aim of this 6-months program is to set you up on the right track towards implementing the appropriate D&I strategy. We will first evaluate your needs with a D&I questionnaire, followed by a well-being survey to understand how your employees feel on this matter. We will then provide you with three workshops (of 60 minutes each) around the 3 most important topics of D&I so that you can design your own roadmap and start implementing change.

3. profesional pack

Become a leader in D&I 
(12months program)

Becoming a leader in D&I requires a deep understanding of your employees' needs as well as a specific strategy to adapt your company culture, internal policies and employer branding. You may have already implemented some initiatives or are starting from scratch and want to be best-in-class: this training is for you!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Throughout this 12 months program, we will evaluate your needs thanks to a questionnaire and a well-being survey, followed by eight specific workshops (of 60 minutes each) on various topics so you gain in-depth knowledge of D&I. As we advance in the program, we will help you implement a 360° action plan and key performance indicators to achieve your goals. At the end of the program, we will evaluate the progress achieved and define with you the future objectives so you can take the lead and operate independently from there on.
